> See, copy and delete the files saved in Managed storage, and free up files that flipbooks still use.

The **Assets** page lists the files you saved to Managed storage. To open it, go to **Assets** in Neo Product Catalog Flipbook.

Files arrive here only when you upload with **Managed storage** while creating a flipbook. The page has no upload button. Files in Shopify Files aren’t listed here: manage those under **Content → Files** in your Shopify admin.

## What the page shows

| Column | What it shows |
| ------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Name** | The file name. If flipbooks use the file, a line below names them, for example “In use by Spring catalog, Lookbook”. |
| **Type** | PDF or Image |
| **Size** | The file size in MB |
| **Uploaded** | The upload date |

Each row also has a copy button and a **Delete** button. With no files yet, the page says “No files in managed storage yet”. There’s no limit on how many files you can keep, on any plan.

## Copy a file’s link

Click the copy button on a row to copy the file’s link. You see “Copied”. Anyone with the link can open the file.

## Delete a file

Click **Delete** on the file’s row. The app asks you to confirm:

> Delete “spring-catalog.pdf”? Its link will stop working.

Confirm, and you see “File deleted.” Deleting a flipbook doesn’t delete its files, so this is how you clear out files you no longer need, including uploads you never used.

## Files in use can’t be deleted

While any flipbook uses a file, its **Delete** button is turned off. This includes hidden flipbooks. If you try from a page that’s out of date, you see a message such as “This file is used by Spring catalog and Lookbook. Remove it from those flipbooks first.”

To free a file:

- **An image:** open each image flipbook that uses it, remove that page on the **Pages** tab, and click **Save**. See [Reorder or remove pages](https://docs.neoflipbook.com/customize/reorder-pages/).
- **A PDF:** a flipbook’s PDF can’t be swapped, so delete the flipbook that uses it. See [Manage your flipbooks](https://docs.neoflipbook.com/create-flipbooks/manage-flipbooks/).

Then reload the **Assets** page and delete the file.

> **Caution**
>
> Files in Shopify Files don’t have this protection. If you delete a Shopify file that a flipbook uses, the flipbook breaks.
