A quick reference for what Neo Product Catalog Flipbook accepts. Sizes count 1 MB as 1,000,000 bytes.

## Files and links

| Upload to Shopify Files        | Up to 20 MB per file                                                     |
| Upload to Managed storage      | Up to 100 MB per file                                                    |
| Total space in Managed storage | No limit, on any plan                                                    |
| Pasted links                   | Start with `https://`, up to 2,048 characters, a direct link to the file |

## File size messages

| Message                                                                                   | What it means                                                                   |
| ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| “This file is larger than Shopify’s 20 MB limit, so it will be saved to Managed storage.” | The file is over 20 MB, so it goes to Managed storage instead of Shopify Files. |
| “Files over 100 MB can’t be uploaded.”                                                    | The file is too big for either place. Make it smaller first.                    |
| “Only PDF, JPEG and PNG files can be uploaded.”                                           | The file type isn’t accepted.                                                   |
