# Flipbook isn't showing on my store

> Find out why the Neo Flipbook theme block shows nothing on your store, and how to fix it.

Neo Product Catalog Flipbook shows flipbooks on your store through a theme block called **Neo Flipbook**. If the block shows nothing, check each item below in order. Most fixes happen in the theme editor: in Shopify admin, go to **Online Store → Themes → Customize**.

## Checklist

- **Check that the block has a flipbook picked.** A block with no flipbook shows nothing to shoppers. In the theme editor, click the **Neo Flipbook** block and choose a flipbook in the **Flipbook** setting. See [Add a flipbook to your theme](https://docs.neoflipbook.com/storefront/add-to-theme/).
- **Check that you saved the theme.** Changes in the theme editor go live only after you click **Save**. Also make sure you edited your published theme, not a copy of it.
- **Check the page you’re looking at.** The **Add flipbook block** button in the app adds the block to your product template, so it shows on product pages. To show a flipbook on another page, add the block to that page’s template in the theme editor.
- **Check that the flipbook is visible.** When you turn off **Visible to customers**, the flipbook is removed from the block’s list and the block loses its pick. In the **Flipbooks** list, a hidden flipbook shows the status **Disabled**. See [Hide or show a flipbook](https://docs.neoflipbook.com/storefront/hide-a-flipbook/).
- **Pick the flipbook again after making it visible.** When you turn **Visible to customers** back on, the flipbook returns to the block’s list as a new entry. Blocks that showed it before don’t pick it up by themselves, so choose it again in each block and save the theme.
- **Check that the flipbook wasn’t deleted.** A deleted flipbook is removed from every block. Pick another flipbook in the block, or create a new one. See [Manage your flipbooks](https://docs.neoflipbook.com/create-flipbooks/manage-flipbooks/).
- **Pick the flipbook again after reinstalling the app.** Uninstalling clears the flipbook from every block. After you reinstall, choose a plan, then pick the flipbook again in each block and save the theme. See [Uninstalling and your data](https://docs.neoflipbook.com/billing/uninstall/).
- **Give a new flipbook a moment.** A flipbook you just created can take a moment to appear in the block’s **Flipbook** list. Wait a minute, then reload the theme editor. Only visible flipbooks are listed.

## Notices in the theme editor

The block shows these notices only in the theme editor. Shoppers never see them: on your live store, a block that isn’t set up shows nothing.

| “Lightbox is not included in your plan.” | The block is set to **Open in a lightbox**, but your store has no plan. ## The Storefront block badge says Inactive

The **Storefront block** badge on the app’s Home page doesn’t check your theme. It turns **Active** only when you click **I’ve done it** on the setup guide’s storefront step.
