In Neo Product Catalog Flipbook, each visible flipbook has a **Public link** on your store’s domain. You find it in the **Publish** section when you open the flipbook from **Flipbooks**. If the link doesn’t work, find what you see below.

## The link shows a “page not found” error

Check these in order:

- **Check that the flipbook is visible.** A hidden flipbook’s link shows a page not found error. Open the flipbook, turn on **Visible to customers** and click **Save**. The link works again, and it’s the same link as before. See [Hide or show a flipbook](https://docs.neoflipbook.com/storefront/hide-a-flipbook/).
- **Check that you copied the whole link.** Use the copy button next to the **Public link** field, so no part of the address gets cut off.
- **Check that the flipbook still exists.** A deleted flipbook’s link stops working for good. If you create the flipbook again, it gets a new link, so share the new one. See [Manage your flipbooks](https://docs.neoflipbook.com/create-flipbooks/manage-flipbooks/).
- **Check whether you renamed the app proxy URL.** If you changed the app’s proxy path in Shopify, links that use the old path stop working. The **Public link** field can keep showing the old path until someone opens a flipbook link that uses the new path. Open any flipbook link with the new path once, and the field updates. Then share the updated links. See [Share the public link](https://docs.neoflipbook.com/storefront/public-link/).
- **Check that the app is installed.** When you uninstall the app, every public link stops working. If you reinstall soon after, your flipbooks come back. See [Uninstalling and your data](https://docs.neoflipbook.com/billing/uninstall/).

## There’s no Public link field

The field appears only while the saved flipbook is visible. Turn on **Visible to customers** and click **Save**. The field appears once the save finishes. The **Embed code** field shows either way.

## The link uses a myshopify.com address

Right after you install the app, the link can use your store’s `.myshopify.com` address while the app looks up your own domain. The link still works: Shopify sends shoppers on to your main domain. Open the flipbook again later and the field shows your own domain.

## The page is blank inside a frame

Shopify doesn’t allow store pages to load inside frames (iframes), so the public link stays blank if you put it in one. Use one of these instead:

- On another website, use the **Embed code**. See [Embed on another website](https://docs.neoflipbook.com/storefront/embed-code/).
- On your Shopify store, use the **Neo Flipbook** theme block. See [Add a flipbook to your theme](https://docs.neoflipbook.com/storefront/add-to-theme/).

## The page has no store header or footer

This is expected. The public link opens the flipbook on its own full-screen page, without your theme’s header or footer. To show a flipbook inside a page of your store, use the theme block.
