You change your Neo Product Catalog Flipbook plan on Shopify’s plan page. Shopify handles the charges, including trials and any proration.

  1. In Neo Product Catalog Flipbook, go to Plans. You can also click Change plan next to Current plan on the Home page.
  2. The app opens Shopify’s plan page. If it doesn’t open, click the View plans button.
  3. Pick a plan and approve it.
  4. Shopify brings you back to the app’s Home page, where a notice confirms your new plan, for example “You’re on the Basic plan”.

If the notice reads “We’re confirming your plan with Shopify” and “Reload in a moment.”, Shopify hasn’t confirmed the change yet. Wait a moment, then reload the page.

  • You can create more flipbooks right away. See Flipbook limits.
  • On Basic or Pro, shoppers see every page of your PDF and image flipbooks. Pages that were hidden by the Free plan come back without re-saving.
  • On Free, the 25-page limit applies right away to your existing PDF and image flipbooks. The app doesn’t warn you first. See The 25-page limit.
  • If you have more flipbooks than the new plan allows, you keep them all and can still edit them, but you can’t create new ones until you’re under the limit.

To stop paying, switch to the Free plan on Shopify’s plan page. You keep your flipbooks, with the Free plan’s limits.

If your store ends up with no plan at all, for example after a paid plan is cancelled outside the app:

  • You can’t create flipbooks, but you can still edit and delete the ones you have.
  • Your flipbooks keep showing, but shoppers see only the first 25 pages of each PDF or image flipbook.
  • Theme blocks set to Open in a lightbox show the flipbook embedded on the page instead.

Choose any plan, Free included, to lift these limits.

Uninstalling the app also ends your plan, right away and for good, even partway through a paid billing period. See Uninstalling and your data.
