Problems and fixes
Section titled “Problems and fixes”- Flipbook isn’t showing on my store: the Neo Flipbook theme block shows nothing, or the theme editor shows a notice.
- Public link isn’t working: the link shows a “page not found” error, is missing, or stays blank inside a frame.
- Shoppers only see 25 pages: why a PDF or image flipbook stops at page 25, and how to show every page.
- Can’t create a flipbook: Create flipbook sends you back to the Flipbooks list, or saving fails.
- Upload and link problems: files that are too large or the wrong type, failed uploads, and pasted links the app won’t accept.
