Embed on another website
Use the embed code to show a flipbook inside a page on a website that isn’t your Shopify store, such as your blog, a WordPress site or a partner’s site.
Why there’s an embed code
Section titled “Why there’s an embed code”Shopify doesn’t allow store pages to load inside frames on other websites, so the public link shows blank if you try to embed it. The embed code loads the flipbook viewer directly, so it works on any site that accepts HTML. The help text under the field says the same: “Uses the Neo Flipbook viewer directly, since Shopify doesn’t allow store pages to load inside frames.”
Copy the embed code
Section titled “Copy the embed code”- In Neo Product Catalog Flipbook, go to Flipbooks.
- Click the flipbook’s title to open it.
- In the Publish section, find the Embed code field.
- Click the copy button next to the field. A “Copied” message confirms it.
Paste it into your site
Section titled “Paste it into your site”Paste the code into the HTML of the page where you want the flipbook. Most website builders have a block for this, often called HTML, Custom HTML, Code or Embed. Then save or publish the page on that site.
When you edit the flipbook in the app and click Save, the embedded flipbook updates too. You don’t need to paste the code again.
On your Shopify store
Section titled “On your Shopify store”For pages on your own Shopify store, use the Neo Flipbook theme block instead. It’s made for your theme and can also open the flipbook in a lightbox. See Add a flipbook to your theme.
Hiding a flipbook doesn’t remove the code
Section titled “Hiding a flipbook doesn’t remove the code”The Embed code field stays in the Publish section even when a flipbook is hidden. Visible to customers controls the public link and the theme block. To take a flipbook off another website, remove the embed code from that site.
