Shoppers only see 25 pages
If shoppers see only the first 25 pages of a PDF or image flipbook, your store is on the Free plan or has no plan. In both cases Neo Product Catalog Flipbook shows shoppers the first 25 pages (or images) of each flipbook. Your full file is still saved.
Check your plan
Section titled “Check your plan”On the app’s Home page, Current plan: shows your plan.
- Free: shoppers see the first 25 pages of each PDF or image flipbook.
- No plan selected: the same limit applies. This can happen right after you install or reinstall the app, or after a paid plan ends.
When you create or edit a long flipbook, a banner warns you, for example “Your Free plan shows the first 25 pages.” or “Without a plan, customers see the first 25 pages.” For image flipbooks, the banner says “images” instead of “pages”.
Show every page
Section titled “Show every page”Upgrade to Basic or Pro. Every page comes back in every flipbook right away. You don’t need to edit or save your flipbooks again.
In the app, go to Plans to open Shopify’s plan page, then choose Basic or Pro. See Change or cancel your plan. If the Home page then says “We’re confirming your plan with Shopify”, reload the page in a moment.
Downgrades apply right away
Section titled “Downgrades apply right away”When you move to the Free plan, the limit applies to all your existing flipbooks straight away. For example, a 60-page PDF flipbook shows shoppers only its first 25 pages. The app doesn’t warn you before this happens, so check your longer flipbooks before you downgrade. The hidden pages stay saved, and upgrading again brings them back.
Product catalogs aren’t affected
Section titled “Product catalogs aren’t affected”The limit applies only to PDF and image flipbooks. Product catalogs show every page on every plan.
The preview in the app shows every page
Section titled “The preview in the app shows every page”The live preview in the app always shows the whole flipbook, even past page 25. To see what shoppers see, open the flipbook’s Public link. See Preview on desktop and mobile.
For a PDF, the banner appears once the preview has loaded and counted the pages. If the preview didn’t load, you may not see the banner, but the limit still applies.
